Your company details
Most companies whose Wyoming assets are under $300,000 pay the $60 minimum. Not sure? Leave it blank.
For companies registered from another state, use the month and year your company was registered in Wyoming.
This calculator gives an estimate for planning only. The Wyoming Secretary of State sets the due dates and fees and calculates the final amount from the asset figures you report.
How Wyoming annual reports work
The rules in plain English
- Due date: the first day of the month your company was formed, every year. Your first report is due on your first anniversary.
- State fee: $60, or two-tenths of one mill on the dollar ($0.0002) of assets located and employed in Wyoming, whichever is greater.
- Delinquent: a company that hasn't filed is marked delinquent on the second day of the month after its due date.
- Dissolution: if the report isn't filed within 60 days of the due date, the company is administratively dissolved.
