Good to know
Do I need to tell my current registered agent?
The state filing is what changes your agent of record, so you don't need their permission. You will want to cancel any renewal you have with them so you are not billed again.
What do I need to switch?
Your exact company name, your Wyoming filing ID (you can look it up on the Wyoming Secretary of State business search), and the name and contact details of someone authorized to sign for the company.
Can I switch if my company was formed in another state?
Yes. If your out-of-state company is registered to do business in Wyoming, it needs a Wyoming registered agent and MAC can serve as that agent.
What if my company is delinquent or my annual report is late?
Tell us when you get started. We will look at your company's status with you and explain what needs to be filed to bring it back into good standing.
